Transferring an SSL Certificate

If you already have an SSL certificate with a previous host and you would like to transfer it to our servers, you will need to request a regenerated certifcate from your SSL supplier.

To do this, first we need to generate a CSR file for you, you then send this to the SSL supplier and they should regenerate the SSL and send it back. Once you have the regenerated SSL forward it to us and we will install it on your account.

If you purchased your SSL through your previous hosting supplier then they will need to have the SSL regenerated for you.
