With our dynamic image resizing module store owners can upload a product image of any size and the module will dynamically resize it for displaying in your store.

When a customer views your store the speed the pages are displayed can be a very important factor in getting a sale. If your pages load slowly then the customer will generally get bored and go elsewhere. Your stores image are very important and displaying these correctly should be a top priority.

Displaying images on the web is completely different to viewing your digital family album on your PC. Your product images should be small but should also be high quality. There is normally a trade off between showing a high quality image and keeping the file size down.

This is no longer the case, with our dynamic image resizing module you are free to upload any size images and have the store dynamically scale them for specific purposes. For instance, you don't want a large image being displayed as a thumbnail, not only will this be a waste of bandwidth but will also result in a pixelated unclear image.

The dynamic image resizing module will take your master image and scale it down to correct size giving you fast clear product images every time. The module will also cache a copy of the new image to enable even faster page loads the next time it is called.

The module will output 2 different image sizes, small for your thumbnails, and medium for your product info pages. The master image will only be used if a customer clicks the enlarge image button on the product page.
